Labor Rates

Our goal is to make our Service Department the best asset for our customers after the sale. We want to make sure that when the unexpected happens, we have a fully trained staff to get your equipment running to the manufacturer’s standards. We only use OEM parts to make sure that your machine performs for years to come and we can back that with a warranty on the service work we do. Service Department Rates

All of our service work is done by professionally trained service technicians.
Effective January 1, 2022.

Base Labor Rate

At Dealership: $100 per Hour

An additional 5% will be billed on all labor for Shop Supplies ($150 Charge Max)

All of our shop’s labor is billed at these rates. Shop Supplies fee is to cover the miscellaneous costs that occur during the repair and for the wear & tear on our equipment.

Ex. A repair that takes 2.75 hours would be billed at $275.00 for labor plus $13.75 for shop supplies; a grand total of $288.75 for the repair.

Service Calls

Field Rate: $120 per Hour

An additional 5% will be billed on all labor for Shop Supplies ($150 Charge Max)

Labor is billed at $120 per hour from the time that the technician leaves our dealership until he returns.

*Mileage is not billed additionally.

Ex. A service call that that takes 3.5 hours would be billed $420.00 for the hourly rate and $21.00 for shop supplies, for a total of $441.00.

Transportation

$4 per Loaded Mile

We offer equipment hauling (pickup/delivery) for those who might not have the resources necessary to transport it themselves. Transportation is only billed for the mileage while the equipment is being hauled.

**NOTE: WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PICKUP OR DELIVERY**

Ex. A piece of equipment 57 miles away is picked up and delivered back to the customer after the repair. The transportation bill would be $228 for pickup and $228 for delivery, for a grand total of $456.
